All my life I’ve had a recurring theme in my dreams

where whenever i’m driving, I’m never in the driver’s seat. I aways have to stressfully drive from the passenger side or the back and I usually end up crashing and waking up right before I die, or whatever. On my way to a wedding last night I was a cab driver, driving from the backseat. James Spader got into the front passenger side and said he’d feel more comfortable if I drove from the front seat. So, for the first time EVER I drove in the driver’s seat and arrived safely at a destination all thanks to James. It was fucking awesome.

I see this as a symbol that I’ve never felt in control, and that now I’m finally feeling ready to take life into my own hands. CHEESY I know but thats how I roll…
